I design and build websites, web applications, mobile apps, and practical AI automations — and digital marketing that gets them found. Every project starts with a clear scope and ends with a documented handover.

What we do
From a stronger online presence to a simpler daily workflow. Practical technology, designed with purpose.
Selected work
Thoughtful interfaces and practical systems — every concept clearly labelled as what it is.

A defensive security platform that discovers an organisation's external assets, fingerprints exposed services, maps findings to known vulnerabilities, and tracks security drift over time.
What this demonstrates: Attack-surface monitoring — asset discovery, vulnerability mapping and drift detection

A bug bounty platform concept — program discovery, hunter leaderboards, and reward tracking for security researchers.

A simple way of working, with room for collaboration. You know where the project stands and what comes next.
Start with a conversation about your goals, your users, and how the business works. Nothing is quoted until the scope is written down and agreed.
The scope becomes a plan — features, integrations, content needs, and a realistic schedule. You know what you'll get and when.
Designs are reviewed with you early, when changes are cheap. Then we build in working increments you can actually click through and comment on.
Before release I check the details — different devices and browsers, forms and flows, performance basics — and review the content with you.
I deploy, verify the live result, and hand over the code and documentation. If something needs attention after launch, you know exactly how to reach me.
Honest numbers, upfront
Depending on scope — a business site starts around PKR 50,000, a custom web app or cross-platform mobile app goes higher. The final quote is always fixed and in writing before we start.
Why LogicFast
No big claims — just the working practices every project actually runs on.
Every engagement starts with a written scope both sides agree on. No vague promises, no moving targets — you know exactly what you're getting.
You talk to me — the person building your project. Progress, blockers, and trade-offs are discussed plainly and early, in language that makes sense.
I build things you can keep running: clean, documented code with no unnecessary dependencies — so you're never locked in.
When I finish, you own everything: the code, the content, the accounts, and plain-language documentation on how it all works.
Before we begin
A little clarity goes a long way. Here's what to expect when we work together.
Send an enquiry through the contact form or book a call. I'll have a discovery conversation with you about your goals and how your business works, then respond with a written scope and a fixed cost, agreed in writing — the cost depends on design, functionality and integrations, so every project is scoped individually. There's no obligation until you approve the scope.
Me — Bilal, the founder. I design and build every project myself: no handoffs to juniors, no account managers relaying messages. You always know exactly who is responsible for your project.
What you're building, who it's for, the must-have features, your timeline, and whether your content (text, photos, logos) is ready. The more concrete the details, the more accurate the estimate — most delays come from content arriving late, so I'll tell you upfront what's needed.
You see designs early, when changes are cheap — not at the end when they're expensive. We iterate together in review rounds agreed in the scope, so there are no surprises at delivery.
The repetitive work that eats your team's time: pulling data from documents, sorting enquiries, drafting routine messages, generating reports. I'm honest about the limits — every automation includes human review checkpoints where it matters, and if a task isn't a good fit for automation, I'll tell you before you spend anything.
Directly with me — the person building it. You see working increments you can review and comment on, and I tell you when anything changes — scope, schedule, or blockers.
The timeline depends on scope, content and feedback. I agree on a realistic schedule with the quote and keep you informed when anything changes.
A course is structured learning with a curriculum; an internship is a work-based role where you learn by doing real tasks. They're listed separately so you can compare honestly.
Create a LogicFast account (or log in), open the application form from the course or internship page, answer the questions honestly, and submit. One application per person per program — we review every application ourselves.
Compensation is shown on each internship page — either 'Unpaid' or the stated stipend, in its own words. A course fee and an internship stipend are different things; we never present one as the other.
Tell me what you're building — I'll respond with a written scope and a fixed cost. No obligation.
