I started LogicFast for one reason: to build software that genuinely helps businesses work better. Not demos, not templates dressed up as custom work — real websites, applications, and automations shaped around real workflows.
I keep my process deliberately simple. I define the scope clearly before starting, communicate directly while building, and hand everything over with documentation when I'm done. The goal is always the same: something that works, that you understand, and that you own.
I'm also honest about what I don't do. I don't inflate results, invent clients, or promise outcomes I can't control. If a project isn't a good fit, I'll say so — and if it is, I'll tell you exactly what it takes.

Bilal Naeem
I build every LogicFast project myself — no handoffs, no juniors on your codebase. I started LogicFast on a simple frustration: agencies sell with big numbers and glowing testimonials, then deliver with whoever is free. I do the opposite. A fixed written quote before we start. A security review with every build — I built an automated attack-surface engine, the same kind of tooling I use to audit client sites, because a website that looks good and leaks data is a failure. And a documented handover, so you own everything on day one.
I also run LogicFast’s Talent Division, where I train interns the way I learned: real work, real standards, no busywork.
