Privacy Policy

We collect only what the site needs to function:

• Enquiries: your name, email, company (optional), service interest, project description, budget range (optional), project timeline, project objectives, and preferred contact method (all three optional) — everything you type into the contact form.
• Call requests: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, what the call is about, and your timezone and preferred time.
• Accounts: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register. We never see or store your plain-text password.
• Applications: your answers to program application questions, linked to your account.
• Waitlist: your name, email, and phone number (optional) when you join a program waitlist — so we can email you when admissions open.
• Technical data: session identifiers and basic security logs needed to keep your account signed in and the site secure.

• To respond to your enquiries and call requests, and prepare quotes.
• To provide accounts, program applications, and client project tracking.
• To notify you when admissions open for a program whose waitlist you joined.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for updates.

Your information stays with LogicFast except where the site technically requires a third party to function:

• Hosting: Vercel — runs the website and processes requests.
• Database: Neon — stores account, enquiry, and application data.
• Email delivery: our configured email service — sends account verification emails, password resets, and notifications you request.

Each provider only receives the data it needs to perform its function. We don't share your information with anyone else.

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: your account data while your account is active, enquiry and call-request records while we're working with you, application records while your application is being reviewed, project records while your project is active, waitlist entries while admissions are closed and until we notify you that they have opened, and security logs as needed to protect the site. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it — except where we're legally required to keep certain records.

The free website security scan runs passive checks only — DNS records, one TLS handshake, response headers, and public certificate logs. We don't store scan results. Abuse prevention uses short-lived, in-memory counters that disappear when the server restarts. If you ask for the full report by email, we send it once to the address you provide and keep nothing afterwards.

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, use the contact form or WhatsApp below — we read every request ourselves.

The site uses strictly necessary cookies: keeping you signed in, remembering security-related state, and preventing abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

For aggregate traffic statistics (which pages are visited, in total) we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it does not set cookies, identify individual visitors, or track you across sites.

Our services are aimed at businesses and adult learners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. For material changes that affect your rights, we'll also notify you by email where we have your address.
